Towards the end of October 2025, the Diagrid team will be publishing the Guide to Running Dapr in Production on Kubernetes, a distillation of lessons learned and best practices based on supporting and advising hundreds of organizations.
The guide will cover four areas:

- Performance & Scalability
Each chapter will be broken down into engineering concerns and operational concerns.
